CHECK DETAILS
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
- Holding your keys in case of emergency - we will hold the keys of your property and upon request make them available to visiting guests or tradesmen.
- We will rent your property for holiday rentals or winter let (free of charge holiday rentals websites and our fanpage with Holiday Rentals).
- We will prepare your house or apartment for holiday rental.
- We will make digital photographs of your property.
- Emergency telephone number will be provided to guests.
- We will liaise with guests before and on their arrival in Spain, and arrange transport etc (if required). No contact with the guest will be necessary from the owner.
- Information pack providing general information will be left in the property.
- The property owner will be advised at all times of bookings taken for your property (even last minute bookings). Payments, less our fees will be paid into a Spanish account.
- All weeks booked/required by the owner must be notified to us so double bookings are not made.
- Your property must be registered with the Tourist Board in Spain to provide holiday rentals and we will need a copy of the certificate or we can register your property for holiday renting.

CLEANING
We will clean and prepare the property ready for you or your guests.
We provide a full range of cleaning and property services to ensure your property is kept in pristine condition at all times, whether it be for your arrival for a holiday or a mid stay clean, maybe it’s a construction clean for a newly-built home, or even a thorough clean of a recently rented property.
SUN Property is able to provide a personalised professional service.
Your home will be cleaned by one of our cleaners on a day of your choosing. We operate a fully secure key-holding service so if you can’t be there our cleaners can still fulfill your clean for you. A range of cleaning options is available to suit your requirements. This could be a one-off clean, blitz clean, holiday changeover or regular cleaning service with a frequency that you choose.
Ask also to maintain your garden, after a vistit we will give you the right price.
We ensure a smooth booking process and a comprehensive customer care as well. You can use our vacation rental property management system, it helps you manage and grow your business.
We will synchronize all your online calendars, your customers know exactly when they can make a reservation, so you never overbook. Every month we will send you report.
Reporting allows your property to get both a birds-eye view of your property while giving you the ability to dive into the details.

BOOKING MANAGEMENT
Every owner wants to make sure there is no damages beyond normal wear and tear, especially before the damage deposit will be refund.
If You have no maid service, it's good to check is the renters let the property clean.
To make sure heat, air conditioner, plumbing and electric are working. You will want to make sure the heat / air conditioner / fans works in all rooms, that there are no clogs or leaks in the plumbing and that the outlets and overhead lights in every room are operational. Or did you pay all the bills? You will need to do this if you are responsible for paying for the utilities and you want to rent your property. These are necessities that a renters needs to maintain their quality of life.
PROPERTY INSPECTIONS before arrival / after rental (make sure everything works properly)

Information pack providing general information will be left in the property for your guests.

MEET & GREET
First impression is the key!
Receiving great service upon their arrival will ensure a good first impression – friendly, efficient service, smiling staff, quick check-in, etc.
We will deal with all booking paperwork, collect all payments (including security deposit), send directions to the property, meet guests with keys and collect at end of stay, we can also provide a holiday changeover clean at the end of their stay.
Remember! This should be provided to customers every time.

AIRPORTS TRANSFERS (from / to airport)
We have a transportation service specialised in door to door passenger transfer from the property to the airport and vice versa.
We know what travellers want when arriving in a city after a long flight – a comfortable, hassle-free and safe service that drops you right outside your hotel or apartment.
Welcome (non-alcoholic) drink included.
We are happy to place a welcome pack in the apartment. We can also deliver grocery pack or toiletry pack for a small additional charge. If you are arriving late at night or on Sunday this can be very beneficial.
We want you to be able to start your holiday and relax from the minute you arrive at your accommodation.
With this in mind we are able to provide you with a welcome pack which will have been placed in your accommodation ready for your arrival.
Also Pre order your supermarket shop and we can have it delivered and waiting for you on your arrival.
Means you don't have to spend your day running around buying the essentials. Let us take care of it for you.
