Located about few minutes walk to the beach, close to cafes and restaurants and fabulous infrastructure. It's a perfect place to spend an unforgettable holidays in a great location! The nearest airports are Alicante and Murcia.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

Reservation confirmation:

- confirmation of the reservation is 30% of the reservation amount and the rest payable no longer than 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation policies:

In case of cancellation the following charges will apply:

- Up to 30 days before the arrival date, 30% of the booking amount.
- 29 to 15 days before the arrival date, 50% of the booking amount.
- 14 days before the arrival date, the full amount of the booking.
- In case of a no show: the prepayment amount.

Additional notes:
    Check-in schedule: from 14:00
    Check-out schedule: till 11:00

Please contact us a week before arrival to inform us of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.

*Minimum stay: 5 days
