Zenia Beach is our new luxury residence located in La Zenia. Located between the La Zenia Boulevard shopping center and the golf course. It's a fenced residential building with beautiful green areas, an amazing shared pool and parking spaces. The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms with underfloor heating, a living room and kitchen. All the rooms have all the amenities that make life as central air conditioning.
La Zenia is a beautiful area of Orihuela Costa in Alicante. It has wonderful beaches with white sand and clear blue water. It's the perfect place to spend your vacation or stay all year round near the Mediterranean. The area has all kinds of services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, shopping centers, medical centers, pharmacy, banks and golf courses.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

Reservation confirmation:

- confirmation of the reservation is 30% of the reservation amount and the rest payable no longer than 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation policies:

In case of cancellation the following charges will apply:
- Up to 91 days before the arrival date, 10% of the reservation amount
- 90 days before the arrival date, the prepayment amount

Additional notes:

Check-in schedule: from 15:00-20:00
Check-out schedule: till 8:00-10:00

Please contact us a week before arrival to inform us of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.

*Minimum stay: 7 days
