The property provides free WIFI, free access to the communal pool, free parking and all appliances such as air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine and flat screen TV. This is a place where you can easily have a nice time with family and friends.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

Reservation confirmation:

- confirmation of the reservation is 30% of the reservation amount and the rest payable no longer than 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation policies:

In case of cancellation the following charges will apply:
- Up to 91 days before the arrival date, 10% of the reservation amount
- 90 days before the arrival date, the prepayment amount

Additional notes:

Check-in schedule: from 15:00-20:00
Check-out schedule: till 8:00-10:00

Please contact us a week before arrival to inform us of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.

*Minimum stay: 5 days
